Coach Mike Webster is the Director of First Class Lacrosse Plus and a faculty member of The Pingry School. He has coached the Pingry boy's varsity team for 20 years. He runs several camps each summer.

Throughout his coaching career, he has been named Coach of the Year by the New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse Coaches Association, the New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association, the National Federation, the Star Ledger newspaper, the Courier News newspaper, and the Daily Record newspaper. The New Jersey Interscholastic Lacrosse Officials Association has honored him with both the State Sportsmanship award and their special service award. He was named the 2006 Star Ledger State Coach of the Year and the NJILCA State Coach of the Year after leading Pingry to a 17-3 record, and winning the Waterman Conference, Somerset Country title, and the State Non-Public B championship, and has over 200 career victories.

Coach Webster has coached All-Conference, All-State, and All-American players. Many of his players have continued to compete at the Division I and Division III college level. As a player, Coach Webster won two Division I National Championships as a member of The Johns Hopkins University team.
