A signed Waiver and Release
is required for all participants.

* 16 teams per grade level in
two groups of 8
* 5 guaranteed games for all teams
with certified officials
* 25 minute games in a round-robin format vs. similar strength opponents
* T-shirts for all players and
Spirit trophies for all teams
$650 entry fee
must be received
to reserve your spot.

Fee is non-refundable after April 1st.

Once deposit is received,
a team packet with additional forms
and directions will be mailed.
